I think if you look at a topo map, which I have around here somewhere, it actually ends up being around Pizza hut in BSG.

I drove through that direction today and was thinking the same thing. You've got coal camps in Appy and areas like ESG on the PV side to consider. They'd have to declare imminent domain on a lot of property to put it in that area.
